3 things I learned this week

1. From Michael Neill: I can authorize myself to be in charge of my life.

2. From Jeff Jarvis (the author of ‘What Would Google Do?): be a platform, think distributed, don’t create a community but provide an elegant organization and then the community will let you help them (you don’t own the community). Derived from Jeff Jarvis: on the individual level: being a platform means: seeing your career as a platform for making a difference – not by controlling but by connecting.

3. From the Belgian government: that it is easier to be right than to be in relationship. I just wonder: What Would Google Do?

Conclusion: I authorize myself NOT to imitate our government and to lean into relationships regardless of language or geography. I also authorize myself to become a platform for my positive attitude to spread and not to look for government approval, like or dislike.
