Book Review: Eat, Pray, Love, by Elizabeth Gilbert

I simply love this book, being swept away in Elisabeth Gilbert’s journey through Italy, India and Indonesia.
She has a marvelous writing style and a lovely sense of humor to put far-fetched and utterly touchy topics such as God, meditation and sexuality in an everyday perspective. The best part is that this book isn’t a handbook or a “how to” book. It is simply a woman’s story about a year in her life where she found some healing.

This book makes me smile – also in my liver.

Attraversiamo.

PS: apparently in the summer of 2010 the movie will be released starring Julia Roberts. I’m going!
